Irish jewellery brand Chupi has announced the opening of its new flagship store on Clarendon Street, Dublin, slated for October 18 – a significant expansion for the brand.
The flagship will housed in the historic 250-year-old Powerscourt Townhouse, formerly occupied by French Connection..
Spread across a sprawling 4,500 sq ft, the ground floor dedicates 107.86 sqm to retail space featuring three street-facing windows. A golden arch window at the end of Diamond Alley showcases a jewel box exhibiting Chupi’s fine jewellery.
The second floor, covering 345 sqm, is set to house studio and office space, with a customer-facing area for one-to-one bespoke appointment rooms and event space. This section of the flagship is scheduled to open its doors in Q1 2024, indicating Chupi’s plans for a holistic customer experience.
Chupi’s Chief Executive and Creative Director, Chupi Sweetman, expressed enthusiasm about the flagship’s launch, “We are so excited to open our new flagship this October. In the new location, Chupi customers, old and new, will have the chance to discover and shop the luxury jewellery brand located just off Grafton Street. From my spare room to a global brand, after 10 years in business has been a journey. I am thrilled to open our new home.”
The opening aligns with Chupi’s vision of blending retail with experiential spaces, allowing customers to delve deeper into the brand’s narrative while exploring its fine jewellery, engagement, and wedding collections. With a space that resonates with Chupi’s brand aesthetics and a location in the heart of Dublin’s luxury jewellery quarter, the flagship store aims to become a prime destination for jewellery aficionados.
